A member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the Polymer Materials major at Soochow University, served as a science and technology entrepreneurship mentor in Jiangsu Province, a senior professional manager, a senior technical manager, and a director of the Wujiang District Entrepreneurship Association in Suzhou. With over ten years of experience in incubator operation and management and four years of experience in the fund industry, he previously worked as an assistant general manager and operations supervisor at the Sino German Offshore Innovation Center in Suzhou. During his tenure, he was in charge of the science and technology innovation business sectors in Suzhou High tech Zone, Suzhou Changshu City, Suzhou Zhangjiagang City, and Nantong Haimen City. He successfully incubated more than a hundred technology-based enterprises and led more than fifty talent enterprises. During his career, he successfully led the establishment of the overseas talent service station of Suzhou Entrepreneurship Park in Germany, held over fifty talent entrepreneurship competitions, and connected with more than a hundred high-quality projects at home and abroad.
